waiting to be
empowered-
for living
or acknowledged for
the power of nothingness,
emptiness, in itself
contrasts the knowing
of being-
we discover again and again.
The unresolvable seed
lives or dies.
Either way,
Its offering is
recycled in potentialities
of energy and form.
It is ours
to honor and respect,
like the perpetual “why’s”
of our childhood
When parents tell us,
“It just is.”
