Solitude

#MorningFlow

A spirit calm

within the stillness

beneath rushing wings,

chanting in my creek,

the highest it’s ever been

in June.

The balm of morning

cloaks the mind

for solar infusion.

Curiosity bubbles and froths

in this waiting,

abiding the time to heal.

An incantation

evokes serenity in

the spirit-

song of the Hermit

-alone

finding center within

my heart.
